One of the best things you can do for safety in your house for your family is to know where all your emergency shut-off vavles are, for example main water shut off, main gas shut off and access cap for your drainage system.

Main water shut off is usally outside in front of the house were the garden hose is or in newer homes its in the garage on a wall where large copper pipes enter the house.
Main gas shut is outside usually in front or side of house with a metering device that is squarish, and colored grey.
House main sewer cleanout/access cap located outside the house.
All appliances(water heater, gas stove, faucets, etc.) should have water or gas emergency shut-off valves usually located with in 2 to 3 feet of the appliances.

Water heater leaking: Turn off emergency water supply to water and gas eamergency stop if a gas appliance. If emergency valves are not working try main water shut off to house. Also turn off any recirculating pumps that may be in the house. Then call All INTEGRITY PLUMBING. Smell gas leak: Turn off main gas valve for the house then call All INTEGRITY PLUMBING immediately. Backed up drain of any kind: Stop using water, then call All INTEGRITY PLUMBING.
